Booking with Touch Croatia is very simple.
1. Open "Contact us" section
2. Write down your data and in the field "Your message" write down the excursion or a tour you would like to take
3. Click SEND button and our team will get back to you shortly
If you decided to use the option to tailor your own tour then use the special form to tell us what do you desire.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payment for the excursions and tours shall be made in advance on the transaction account of the agency.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservation cancelled up to 60 days prior to the beginning date of the service we will charge 50% of the total amount of reservation
For reservation cancelled from 59 to 40 days prior to the beginning of the service, we will charge 60% of the total amount of reservation
For reservation cancelled from 39 to 30 days prior to the beginning of the service we will charge 70 % of the total amount of reservation
For reservation cancelled from 29 to 0 days prior to the beginning of the service we will charge 100 % of the total amount of reservation
Penalties and fees imposed by our suppliers may be additional and, if imposed, will be deducted from the above refunds, if any. A change of trip date or change of travel destination(s) will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees may apply.
